Gibbs Appraisals is an independent company specialising in appraisals of fine art, antiques and historical artefacts.  

We undertake appraisals for individuals, businesses and institutions and produce formal appraisal reports for insurance, estate and donation purposes.

Appraisals are normally undertaken on-site by Andrew Gibbs and can be charged at an hourly rate or at a set fee per item.

We have undertaken appraisals for some of Canada's top public galleries and museums and our appraisals have been used in connection with assessments made by Canada Revenue Agency and the Canadian Cultural Property Export Review Board as well as the country's top insurance companies and loss adjusters.
